Ingredients (for about 4 people)
- your favorite vegetables
- about 300g
- Sweet Sake
- 1 teaspoon
- 1 sheet

Sterilize the container with hot water and let it cool.
Cut your favorite seasonal vegetables (cucumber, celery, paprika, cherry tomatoes, okra, etc.) into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with a little salt (not listed), and rub all over.
Place the vinegar, salt, wedge-cut onion, and spices in a pot and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, and when the heat is removed, add amazake and mix.
Leave ② for about 10 minutes, and when it becomes soft, discard the water and put it in a storage container.
Pour ③ into a storage container and marinate in the refrigerator for at least half a day.
