About GW/Mother's Day delivery

  • We do not handle inquiries, orders, or deliveries on holidays.

We accept orders at the online store and inquiries by e-mail at any time, but we will respond to orders and inquiries sequentially from the next business day.
Depending on the congestion situation, it may take up to 2 business days to reply to your inquiry.

  • If you wish to specify delivery on the day of Mother's Day (May 14th), we will respond to your order by noon on May 8th (Monday) .
  • If you do not see your desired date in the options for the specified delivery date, we will not be able to respond to your inquiry.
  • For orders placed after noon on May 8th, we will ship orders that do not specify the delivery date. Please note that there is a possibility that it will be delivered the next day after ordering at the earliest.
  • Our products are shipped from Osaka, and it may take a few days to deliver to Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kyushu, Okinawa, and other remote islands, so please place your order as soon as possible.
  • We will adjust the shipping date of the ordered product based on the order status, the specified delivery date, and the delivery area, so please leave it to us.
  • Around Mother's Day, the amount of packages handled by delivery companies increases rapidly nationwide, and there may be cases where delivery cannot be made on the date and time specified.

About the delivery status after shipment

After shipping, we will send you a "shipment notification" email. The shipping tracking number is included in the email. Please check the delivery status from the tracking number.
In addition, we cannot check the details of the delivery status after shipment because the package has already been handed over to the delivery company.
If you have any questions about delivery, such as "not delivered" or "I want to change the delivery date", please contact the delivery company's sales office directly.
