From the straight type to the concentrated type, we have collected recommended amazake for hot sake.
≪How to warm up≫
* Put it in a small pot (if you are using the concentrated type, add 1 to 0.5 of water to the amazake) and heat slowly over low heat until it starts to steam. Be careful not to burn the bottom if the heat is too high, or if it boils, it will become harsh.
*In the case of the concentrated type, it is OK to mix hot water directly into amazake.
* Put it in a mug and heat it in a microwave oven at 500W for 20-30 seconds.
