"Misakiya Jozo" was founded in Nagaoka City, Niigata Prefecture in 1950. The brewery is located in Tochio-cho, Nagaoka City, and manufactures and sells miso and koji products in a land rich in nature blessed with fertile soil and clear water from the famous Mt.
Misakiya Jozo is rooted in the region and cares about the people who live there. The many delicious fermented foods produced by the clear water and clear air have been loved by locals both in the past and today.
