Founded in 1767. After trading in the ryokan and restaurant business, he entered the sake brewing business in the middle of the Meiji era. We have a sake brewery in the Nuttari district near Niigata Station, where miso, soy sauce, and sake breweries are lined up, making it convenient for transporting goods and providing them to geisha districts and restaurants.
The origin of the name "Imayo Tsukasa" is "ruling over the present age". We connect tradition with the new age, connect the charm of the region with the city, and connect people with each other. We continue to follow these traditions as our beliefs.
