Fukuyama Brewery in Sapporo, Hokkaido was founded in 1891. In 2021, we will celebrate the 130th anniversary of our founding.
We mainly manufacture processed products such as soy sauce and miso that fully bring out the umami of the ingredients, which we can realize because we have accumulated a long history.
In April 2020, we launched a new brand "Yamato Fukuyama Shoten" with an eye toward further development and hope for the future. The brand name, which bears the brand name at the time of its founding, conveys to future generations the "certain judgment" and "strong spirit of taking on new challenges" of our predecessors who traded special products from all over Japan as shipping wholesalers. It contains a lot of thoughts and feelings.
Based on the concept of "delicious, healthy", all the staff will work to make the most of the rich bounty of Hokkaido and deliver it in a way that will please our customers.
