甘酒について
It is made of rice, rice koji and water.
Contains no sugar.
At home, if you have rice koji, you can make amazake by mixing it with steamed white rice (or rice porridge) and letting it sit for 8 hours to several days.
It is not included in the products handled by Ren MURO.
The sweetness of amazake comes from its main ingredient, glucose.
However, some amazake on the market contains sugar. Amazake made from sake lees is especially used.
All Amazake sold at Ren MURO does not contain alcohol.
There are two main types of amazake: “rice koji amazake,” which is made by fermenting rice with rice koji, and “sake lees amazake,” which is made by dissolving sake lees with sugar.
“Sake lees amazake” contains trace amounts of alcohol, but “rice koji amazake” does not contain any alcohol.
It's safe and non-alcoholic, so anyone can enjoy it, including those who don't like alcohol, children, and pregnant women.
A good rule of thumb is 100-200ml. For details, please refer to How to Drink Amazake .
<Before opening>
There is no problem with normal temperature storage. Please drink before the expiration date.
<After opening>
Store in the refrigerator and consume within a week.

Amazake may turn brown or yellow, but there is no problem with discoloration due to the chemical reaction between sugar and amino acids in amazake. This is called the Maillard reaction.
The Maillard reaction can also occur in amazake that has not been opened. In addition, it is more likely to occur when the temperature is high, and it can occur even when the temperature is low, but it is especially likely to occur if it has been in the refrigerator for a long time.
The Maillard reaction does not affect nutrition or flavor.
However, if there is a change in odor or taste, please do not drink.

If you put your mouth directly into the amazake bottle or bottle and drink it, bacteria will grow from there. Please pour into a glass every time you drink something other than the drinking size.
Morning is recommended. Because there are many carbohydrates (glucose) and vitamins, you can smoothly replenish energy.
It's easy to digest and absorb, so it won't strain your stomach just after waking up. Next, it is recommended before going to bed. Amazake has a relaxing effect and is said to be good for improving stress. For details, please refer to How to Drink Amazake .
Our amazake made with rice malt does not contain alcohol, so it can be enjoyed by pregnant women and children.
It's okay to let dogs and cats drink. The glucose in amazake has an appetite-stimulating effect, and the oligosaccharides and dietary fiber have an intestinal regulation effect, so it is recommended as a nutritional supplement for older children.
However, please choose rice koji amazake without alcohol, not sake kasu amazake that contains alcohol. again. Amazake has a high sugar content, so be careful not to overdo it.
In addition, avoid taking amazake to children with cancer or obesity, and avoid exercising after drinking amazake.
Commercially available amazake, other than raw amazake, has already been sterilized, so its nutritional content does not change even if it is overheated.
However, if you want to enjoy it as a drink, please be careful not to overheat it, as the flavor will be lost if it is boiled bubbly.
Nothing in particular. Enjoy it with yogurt, use it instead of sugar in cooking, and try using it positively.
It takes about 2 weeks to 1 month to see and feel the effects. (There are individual differences)

An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered when you placed your order. You can also check your order history and invoice number from My Account.

In the case of Apple Pay payment, if the email address entered when logging in to the store and the contact email address entered when paying with Apple Pay are different, they will not be displayed in the purchase history of My Account.

The MURO online store does not include an invoice for personal information protection, so it is also recommended as a gift.
